As a relatively lesser known brand within the category, myTukar was up against a very well-established competitor, Carsome. We identified myTukar as a classic ‘CHALLENGER BRAND’ and they needed a very different approach to communication.
As part of our 360° marketing campaign, we created a new tagline- Used Cars Made Easy-that captured the essence of the brand's promise. The promise to make things easy for its customers through a seamless online-to-offline experience. We also created the “Finger Snap”, a visual mnemonic sign-off to convey each transaction is as easy as a snap of your fingers.

Within 10 months, we managed to reach over 1 million consumers on Facebook/Instagram with 3.5 million Twitter impressions. Engagement rate increased by 121% with video views growing 4,423%. myTukar saw a 75% hike in growth across all social media platforms. Web traffic also rose significantly by 36% MOM while increasing leads from 11K to 23K per month. Cost per lead decreased by 28%
Within an ultra competitive space, the rebranding of myTukar has been a resounding success that has delivered on the both the softer brand metrics as well as the harder metrics of lead generation and sales.
